The LNM Institute of Information Technology, a Deemed University, is a public-private partnership University jointly set-up by the Government of Rajasthan and the LAKSHMI & USHA MITTAL FOUNDATION as an autonomous non-profit organization.
Although new, it has earned a good reputation.It selects students through AIEEE and has reasonably high cutoffs.
LNMIIT has only 3 branches : Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering,Communication and Computer Engineering.

Only these few companies have been listed on their official website. Out of these WIPRO, CSC, Patni, Infosys, TCS, L&T Infotech are IT companies and would be offering 3-4 lpa.
Only Tejas,Magma,McAfee and DE Shaw are core ECE/CSE companies. Most likely Tejas and Magma would have offered 5-6 lpa , McAfee would have offered 7 lpa. DE Shaw is known to offer 10lpa+ , so it would have offered the highest salary of 11.7 lpa.
Public Sector Companies are unlikely to come as the institute doesn't offer branches involving Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical.
On the whole, placements don't seem to be great compared to other top AIEEE colleges like the top NITs, BIT-Mesra,DA-IICT.
However the institute boasts of very good infrastructure and excellent faculty.

its been really better this year with total average could be near Rs % lakh per anum and 100% placements...
